India Visa for foreigners living in Thailand
Apart from Bhutan, Maldives and Nepal, all foreigners required to apply visa before entering to India.

Foreigners can apply India visa in 3 ways as Sticker Visa, e-Visa and Visa on Arrival (VOA).
The Visa on Arrival is eligibility for the nationals of Japan, South Korea and UAE* at the selected airports.
(* Only for UAE nationality who had earlier granted e-Visa or sticker visa.)

Please note that not all nationalities are eligible to apply India e-Visa
The travelers should be checked through the website before applying.

Required documents for apply India tourist visa (sticker visa)

1. India Application form 🔗

2. Reference form - printed and filled in CAPITAL LETTERS using BLACK ink only

3. Original passport must have at least 2 blank pages with validity more than 6 months with 2 copies of biometric page

4. Two color photos with white background, size 2X2 inch

5. Copy of valid Thai long-term visa

6. Copy of valid Thai work permit / pink card

7. Copy of previous India visa (if any)

8. Hotel booking

9. Flight booking

10. For minors under 18 years, must have

  • Consent letter for allowing child to travel to India from both parents (event child travel along with parents)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of both parents’ passports or ID card
  • Copy of marriage certificate (if any)
  • Either father or mother must be present in person on the submission date

11. In case of applying for a Business visa, must have

  • Employment letter from Thai company with clearly state the purpose of visit (If the letter issued with electronic signature or doesn’t have company seal, must specify the reason.)
  • Invitation letter from company in India
  • Copy of registration/certificate of Indian company

Indian visa fee depends on applicant’s nationality. Please inquire.

Visa processing time around 7-10 working days depends on applicant’s nationality and background.

Our service fee for applying India sticker visa is 3,000 Baht per person.

INDIAN E-VISA (Electronic Travel Authorization – ETA)

Must be applied at least 4 days in advance before travel.

Required documents for applying Indian e-Visa

  1. Scanned biometric page of the passport in color (PDF file: Minimum 10 KB/Maximum 300 KB)
    (Note: Passport validity more than 6 months)
  2. Photo in color with white background, size 2x2inches
    (JPEG file: Minimum 10 KB/Maximum 1 MB)
  3. If apply for e-Business Visa, must have
    1. Scanned business card of the applicant (English version) and
    2. Invitation letter from India

Remark:

The India Immigration may be asked for additional documents, please check your email and submit that requested documents in time, otherwise your visa application will be rejected.

Indian e-Visa fee depends on applicant’s nationality.

E-Visa can arrive at 32 designated airports and 6 designated seaports 🔗
