Group 2: Visa on Arrival - VOA (31 Countries/Territories)
Citizens of these 31 countries can apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at designated immigration checkpoints upon arrival in Thailand. This visa allows a stay of up to 15 days (Application fee: 2,000 THB).
- Armenia, Belarus, Bolivia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Nauru, Paraguay, Serbia, Tunisia, Vanuatu, Venezuela, and others.
Note: Some countries (e.g., China, India, Russia, Taiwan) have been temporarily upgraded to the 60-day exemption list but officially remain on the VOA list for other non-tourist purposes.
Group 3: Bilateral Agreements
Citizens of certain countries receive specific stay durations based on bilateral agreements.
